Approach
Life is a series of transitions. Now we're working from home. Now we need more room for the kids. Now mom is coming to live with us. Now we want a space we experienced in our travels.
Life is also about uncovering beauty. The beauty that's here, now. In ourselves and our surroundings, which is why I love renovation.
Lombardi Works creates beautiful spaces for what’s next in life.
Approach is everything - going slow enough to clarify visions that translate to designs and plans. And then clear agreements on communication, decision making, materials management, and timetable.
The Lombardi Works Process brings together client, designers, architects, project managers, trades people, and vendors as a single team. Each project is unique, but these basic steps describe the Lombardi Works process.
